7-Day No Questions Asked

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. If SQL AI isn't the right fit, we'll return your money — no questions asked, no hassle.

How to Request a Refund

Contact Support

Send an email to support@sqlai.app with the subject line “Refund Request.”

Include Your Order Number

Provide the order or transaction number from your payment confirmation email so we can locate your purchase quickly.

State Your Request

Let us know you'd like a refund. Within the 7-day window, no reason is required.

Processed in 2 Business Days

Once we confirm your request, your refund will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase are automatically approved.
  • All paid plans (Pro, Team, and API) are eligible for the 7-day refund.
  • Requests made after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
  • The Free plan does not require a refund as no payment is collected.

Important Terms

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Once a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
  • Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds) may result in account restrictions.

Subscription Terms

Pro Plan

Billed at $8/month or $69/year with automatic renewal. Cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Team Plan

Billed at $15/user/month. Add or remove team members at any time. You are only charged for active seats.

API Plan

Billed at $29/month for 10,000 API calls. Overage calls are blocked, not charged. Upgrade for higher limits by contacting support.
