Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SQL AI website and services located at sqlai.app (“Service”). By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.
3. Subscription Plans
SQL AI offers the following plans:
- Free: 10 queries per day with access to all 4 SQL tools.
- Pro ($8/month or $69/year): Unlimited queries, schema storage, priority AI (GPT-4o), query history, and email support.
- Team ($15/user/month): Everything in Pro plus shared workspaces, team query library, and admin dashboard.
- API ($29/month): 10,000 API calls per month with webhook integration and all SQL endpoints.
Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected by price changes during their current billing period.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of payment for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are provided at our discretion. See our full Refund Policy for details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Submit malicious SQL or attempt to attack our infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or AI models
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service excessively
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, code, and AI models, is the intellectual property of SQL AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
SQL queries generated by the Service are provided for your use. You retain ownership of the prompts and data you submit. We do not claim ownership over the SQL output generated for you, but we may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that generated SQL queries will be error-free, secure, or suitable for production use without review. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated SQL before executing it in production environments.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SQL AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and intellectual property) will remain in effect.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
